I also have to mention that this is one of my favorite baby shower gifts to give and parents have told me that they LOVE using it. It’s the most pleasant way to wake up to sounds of the forest! I have one for myself in my room and I use it as an alarm clock. It’s just amazing that all you would love to have is all included in this one device alone. We still use it for Joey whenever she has some trouble falling asleep and it still works like a charm. We also use the ocean wave white noise for her while she sleeps overnight and have it turn off automatically after she falls asleep. It has everything that we love about the original Rest plus extra new upgrades! It has more features than the original one. Not only did Joey sleep better, so then Allen and I!īefore you try this product, I have to tell you about the new model called the Hatch Baby Rest+. I love genius baby products, and this is one of my favorites.
I’m even writing a blog post about it because I want every parent to try it out. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH just how much we love this sound machine.
But NO LIE, when we turned on the Hatch Baby Rest for the first time, it magically soothed Joey back to sleep through the different hues and sound selections that we were able to choose remotely from the comfort of our bed! It became so hard for us to walk over to her room at various times in the night and try and soothe her.
When we finally heard about the Hatch Baby Rest, Joey was going through a major sleep regression and would wake up crying in the middle of the night. Both did not work well for us because sometimes the batteries would run out too quickly or we would want to turn it on and off without opening the door. Before we discovered the Rest, we relied on our iPad to play white noise through the night and eventually got a battery operated doll that made white noise. Some of you know, we’ve been using the Hatch Baby Rest since Joey was still sleeping in a crib.
